About
Nasta reads from the queer picture book O Stahtopoutis [Cinderello].
»O Stahtopoutis is a fairytale that belongs to the children who struggle for their parents' love, instead of nestling in it; to the teenagers who hide in silence; to the grown-ups beaten and kicked on the streets of Athens, Berlin, and all across the world. It is the love story of two boys who carved out a sanctuary of their own. Fairytales in Greece end with the phrase: ‘And they lived well, and we better.’ Ours ends with the wish that we live tender, and our children tenderer. And above all: That we live.«
