Love for Livres is a French mission-driven organisation that uses literature, emotions and cognitive science to make people want to read and to live better. 

For ten years, we have designed bibliotherapy programmes, psychosocial skills trainings and curated thematic libraries for publishers, libraries, companies, schools and vulnerable audiences across Europe and North Africa. 

Impact is one of our main drivers: we have trained tens of thousands of people and worked with around one hundred public and private organisations in about ten countries.

Our work notably produced the Key Emotion Indicator (KEI), a proprietary method for mapping the emotional effect of a book, and Libraries of Emotions (LOE) for Good, a European recommendation platform cofunded by the European Union under Creative Europe, built by a consortium of 9 partners across 7 countries in Europe and Tunisia. Books are still classified by genre; readers look for something to feel. Discoverability needs to be boosted. We close that gap.
