Founded in 1960, the Publishers and Booksellers Association of Thailand (PUBAT) is the leading organization representing the Thai publishing industry. Our mission is to promote a culture of reading, support the development of the book industry, and connect Thai publishers with international markets.

PUBAT currently has over 400 members, including publishers, bookstores, distributors, literary agencies, and related stakeholders. The association organizes major national events such as the Bangkok International Book Fair and the Bangkok Rights Fair, providing dynamic platforms for rights trading, cultural exchange, and professional networking.
