The EUPL aims to recognize distinctive emerging writers across Europe and beyond Europe. The panel will focus on how the prize enlarges the borders of Europe beyond the countries of the EU. The possibilities offered to the winners or shortlisted writers provide a wide exchange of literature between small markets and larger market languages, thus highlighting the diversity of voices and stories that enrich our literary ecosystem.
