FRESH VERLAG is to present its books to you every day of the fair, from dawn to dusk.

You may ask – why books in Russian, if the publishing house is located in Germany? The thing is, we are a so-called ‘exile publisher’, similar to those that published authors such as Nabokov, Pasternak, etc. outside the USSR during the Iron Curtain era. We are still young and quite small, but we work with great enthusiasm.

We are proud to publish both bright young authors writing in Russian and translations of works by global stars such as Ian McEwan, Daniel Kehlmann and Timothy Garton Ash.

We would be happy to meet new partners and friends here. We speak English, German and Russian, and we are open to collaboration.

We look forward to seeing you: Come & discover our books!
