Every proceedings editor knows the final weeks: chasing authors for compliant PDFs, renumbering pages by hand across hundreds of papers, assembling front matter at midnight, and still facing the CrossRef deposit. READY.PUB takes over that work.

Ready.Pub is a digital publishing platform that produces publisher-quality conference proceedings, without a publisher contract. It automates the entire production chain, from paper collection and quality checks to a finished, print-ready volume that is DOI-stamped and indexed for digital libraries.

The workflow, end to end:

• Import your accepted-paper list directly from EasyChair, EDAS, or OpenConf.
• Collect camera-ready PDFs as a ZIP file or share an upload link with the authors and manage the process centrally. Authors do not need accounts or software.
• Check every submission with automatic PDF compliance validation, including margins and fonts.
• Compile the complete volume in real time: front matter, session dividers, table of contents, and author index, with every paper stamped with its DOI and page numbers.
• Export CrossRef deposit XML (schema 5.3.1) and JATS 1.3 article XML for digital library indexing.
