ARPOR (ASSOCIATION OF RUSSIAN-LANGUAGE PUBLISHERS OUTSIDE RUSSIA) is an international professional association of independent Russian-language publishers operating outside Russia. We exist because independent publishers and

authors can no longer work freely in Russia, while many of our books and publishing programmes cannot be published there due to censorship, political

repression and the destruction of independent publishing infrastructure.

We publish books that cannot be published in Russia today for political reasons.
